Payment by cash or cheque is payable upon completion of survey.

Appointments
Appointments to suit your schedule are generally available seven days a week from 7am to 7pm. For those made out side of normal working hours (Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm) a 20 supplement is applicable.

What Happens Next?
Once we have agreed an appointment, we will send you a short questionnaire concerning the property and its heating systems. We will then visit your property to conduct the assessment. This takes approximately one hour, during which time we will measure the property, and collect data concerning the heating and hot water systems.
We will need access to the roof space (where applicable) and each room within the property. Intrusiveness is absolutely minimal and there is no physical disturbance to the fabric of the property. The data that is collected will enable us to complete the Energy Assessment online, and issue the EPC either electronically (pdf file) or as a paper document. Where a HIP is required, the relevant searches will be conducted separately, and the results available online at www.hipview.com and/or as a paper document, incorporating the EPC.
